Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements through ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Passion for staying current with automotive technology.

Responsibilities:

• Set and meet dealership sales goals
• Conduct business in an enthusiastic, ethical, and professional manner
• Write, process, and complete sales paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
• Use dealership sales control and follow-up systems
• Attend product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager
• Participate in sales meetings
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct during customer interactions
• Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or lot
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Present, describe, and explain all optional equipment available for purchase
• Conduct follow-up calls to all customers
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Perform other duties as assigned
